On June 10, Professor Mitchell Snay from Denison University will be giving a talk on the Civil and Reconstruction: "A Nation in Crisis: The Civil War & Reconstruction—Local, National, and Global Perspectives."

Dr. Snay teaches courses in American history from the colonial period through Reconstruction and has written several books on American history, including a book in the Granville Historical Society’s Pocket History series on the antislavery movement in Granville.
