Two “Ghosts” from a previous Ghost Walk tell their stories.
Meet historical characters from 1825 Granville in the revival of this popular Granville tradition.
In 1825, the Village was 20 years old and was settling successfully into a life of growth and progress. Hardship was not far in the past, however, and both opportunity and challenge lay ahead. The costumed “ghosts” who return to tell their stories at the OCBG will reflect this pivotal timeframe 200 years ago. This family-friendly event is co-sponsored by the Friends of the Old Colony Burying Grounds and the Granville Historical Society.
The walk is scheduled for Saturday, October 25th, with a rain date set for Sunday, October 26th.
The tours will start every 10 minutes between 4:30-6:30pm. Participants should gather at the South Main Street Gate.
This event is free and open to the public.
